About our Team

Launched in 2014 with 6 players at our first rookie camp, including ex-Great Britain star and current Sky Sports pundit Phoebe Schecter, our Women’s Contact programme has grown from strength to strength. With our origins as a 5-a-side team in the first Sapphire Series to now playing in the highest tier of Women’s American Football in Britain.

We currently play in the 9-a-side National Women’s Football League alongside the Birmingham Lions, Teesside Steelers, London Warriors, and the Solent Thrashers.

Tuesdays 8-10pm at Belle Vue Stadium
Saturdays 10-12pm at Aldwinians Rugby Club
