The 2014 BAFANL Season kicks off Sunday for the Manchester Titans with the Senior Team at home against rookie club Walney Terriers.
The Titans, sponsored by Manchester Printers, will be hosting Walney for their first ever league game at AJ Bell Stadium (formerly Salford City Stadium) at 2.30pm on Sunday 20th April.
The two clubs met in an off-season encounter last year, with the Titans travelling up to Cumbria to and returning with a comprehensive 55-6 victory which helped enable the Terriers gain their league status.
Walney play in Gold and Green and to avoid a clash the Titans will use their alternate Blue & Gold jerseys.
Admission is free and there’s plenty of free parking available.
Later in the evening, the Titans will be staging their Hall Of Fame Night at their social sponsor, Manchester’s Bierkeller. From 7pm onwards, 2 Titan Legends, former Head Coach Olando Holman and former General Manager Tony McCulloch are to be inducted into the Titans Hall of Fame, joining Linebacker Chris Harwood and Defensive End Neil Cash.
All are welcome, and there will be food available and drinks promotions throughout the evening.
