The newly promoted Titans opened their Division 1 season away to the Gateshead Senators.
Manchester Titans 13 – 35 London Olympians. The Titans travelled to the 2010 BAFACL National Finals in Worcester with eyes on the Division 2 title. They were to face the London Olympians, who had also gone 12-0 in the run up to the final. The game was a hard fought battle, which unfortunately for the Titans went to Olympians. Titans 28 – 20 Shropshire. The Manchester Titans are going to the BritBowl! The Titans hosted the Shropshire Revolution in a game that would send one team to the 2010 BritBowl. The Titans had already beaten Shropshire in the regular season, but that counts for nothing in the playoffs and the Titans knew they would have play hard to win this one
